Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original box, ensuring fragile items are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
